China International Exhibition Center Group Limited
Founded in 1985, China International Exhibition Center Group Limited (CIEC) is an enterprise directly under the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. Now CIEC has developed into a group exhibition enterprise with business covering the entire exhibition industry chain including exhibition hall operation, domestic exhibition organization, overseas exhibition, exhibition design and engineering, exhibition transportation, exhibition information and advertising, accommodation and catering. CIEC is the vice-chairman unit of China Association For Exhibition Centers and the chairman unit of the Exhibition Committee of China Chamber of International Commerce.
GL events
Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Lyon, France, GL events is a company listed on the Paris Stock Exchange. GL events’ core business consists of three main segments: venue management, convention and exhibition organization, and events and sports activities operation. After more than 40 years of development, GL events has formed a huge network through over 90 branches on five continents, with over 480 independent brands of exhibitions and events, and over 60 venues under its management. GL events holds more than 4,200 events annually on average, and is the main force of city promotion in 28 convention destinations. In 2022, GL events registered a revenue of 1.315 billion euros, which was the highest among the world's MICE enterprises. Currently, GL events China has 18 companies hiring over 620 employees with presence in more than 15 cities in China, hosting 900,000 square meters of exhibition space annually, and providing service for more than 20 events and activities each year. In addition, GL events manages 3 venues and provides service for 10 specialized exhibition halls.
